Action Industrial Group provides a number of specialized services to fit your particular needs. Nearly any part can be produced at our facilities in materials ranging from aluminum to granite. Our state of the art waterjet cutting machinery can create pieces accurate as much as a thousandth of an inch at a cost-effective prices. Replacement parts for machinery that would require special ordering from the manufacturer may result in costly loss of productivity and up-time. Instead, we can produce identical pieces in days from any design needed. We can custom fabricate gaskets, o-rings, and even artwork at your request.

As our waterjet provides complete custom manufacturing capabilities, the price can vary greatly. If you would like to get a quote for a project you're planning, simply send us information on the parts you need cut and we'll get back to you with a price estimate. Waterjet services are priced at the cost of the material, plus a per-minute cost for the actual cutting. Harder materials will take longer times to cut, as the waterjet must run at a slower speed. Some materials may be cut with only high pressure water, such as rubber, but harder materials and metals will require the use of abrasive which will increase manufacturing cost. We will accept files in an AutoCAD format (DXF or DWG files) if you've already designed your part, or a fully dimensioned picture or PDF if you do not use AutoCAD. Should you have trouble getting a fully dimensioned drawing for your part, providing a description and pictures or a physical copy to duplicate will allow us to draft the item for you. We will accept up to two files of 500KB each for your product design. If you have pictures that are larger in size than this, we recommend saving them in JPG or PNG format to save space, or you may also contact us.

We may only be able to provide a full estimate for parts that are fully dimensioned. Once we have reviewed your design, we will reply to the email address or phone number you provide with your price estimate and an estimated ship date. In most cases you will need to arrange to have the material shipped to us, although on occasion materials are on-hand at our warehouse for cutting. If you do not have a chosen material vendor, we may be able to refer you to a trusted source.
